We have 41 family here! - 85 m2 so MBR is very small and in fact bout the same size as the other 2 rooms Q1 - air con condenser can't bring out hence have to choose other brands I heard some System 4 condenser cannot bring out. If die die want to bring out, you must redo the whole window frame. Q2 - electrical point not enough for living room hence have to add It kind of enough for me. Quite a handful of plugs in living room. 2 on short wall, 1 at long wall, another **** room. Or am i wrong? Do take note of the namelist in 1st post. Then u can start to direct your qns to those who have took their key and start to reno already. They will be at best position to advise. I still not yet get my key Sighz.

He will like to invite bedok ctrl member for a look of what he is doing on this coming sat. 5-7-2008 for those who is interested in Classic Design, it will be a good time to access their WMS without the Gina and Tony around. DSA.. there alot of defects. But will HDB agree on this defects? By the way, do you still remember on the short wall TV points. How your talk with Subaran? Will they retify for you? If you are free, it will be very good if you can able to compile in term of excel sheet, what are the possible defects in term of living room, common room, bathroom, kitchen and others. It not a key hole, but rather a slot of a coin side to inside and twist and open the toilet door. As i mention, i wonder if it mean to be any safety measure. I notice my current HDB toilet door also is the same. we can insert a coin into the slot and turn the knoc. Hope it helps.
