Just a head up for those who might want to get jimmy textile curtain at Tanjung Katong mall. One of the man quote me off hand of $1,500 for day & night curtain for whole house. Mine is 87sqm's. I feel it a bit exp. But maybe other place more exp?

Your sound a better buy. What the differences between PV8,80 and 800. I only know 800 is Full HD. Using plasma watch TV is much much better. But then consumption of power is about 1/2 - 1/3 more of what LCD consume. It will be a hard choice for me. LCD is cheaper and consume less energy.

So how much after less? Anyway all! It seem that we might be getting one more shopping centre. The reason being - The integrated Interchange seem to be like AMK hub with built-in shopping center. At 1st, i am thinking whether they will join bedok mall to interchange. but it seem abit far... So we might have two shopping center! anyway it very long long time la... But still happy~

sidney93 - have fun! Everybody. I do a HDB price search and realize a 4 rooms 92sqm which lease commence on 2005 is sold for $418K!!!(remember there is COV too!) I feel our unit will command a better price due to the nearby Bedok central and Bedok Mall in future. Will ours be another Jalan Mebina in making?
