Hi, The quoted price mainly depend on the quality of the products and material that the ID is using. I noticed that you have have quotation for laminated flooring for your bedroom. what is the brand or type of laminated flooring you are getting? I am using quick-step laminated flooring for 2 and half years and it has been good, no problem or issues. http://www.quick-step.sg/en-SG my bedroom is using Largo and living room is Eligna. I recommend this brand. I did not get the laminated flooring with ID but direct with quick step dealer, so that you can negotiate some discount directly with them. and it is easy to co-ordinate with the dealer and ID. So items like laminated flooring have different brands, quality and will affect the price too. Hope this info helps.
