Hi, Would like to enquire. Just did A&A to my single storey house completed in Nov 2011. Have been thinking about tearing it down and building it to 2/3 storeys. Is it advisable to do it so soon? or wait till 5 years to do an erection to 2/3 storeys? What will be the current costs like for an erection of a 2/3 storey terrace house?
