Actually I have not even selected my flat yet. Going to select in June! Hahaha. I was thinking of opting for the OCS scheme for flooring, but not sanitary fittings and doors. What do you think? The doors + sanitary fittings so ugly that even my partner (who is chin chai type) also agree with me. And where got people use wooden doors for toilet one? So yeah. I was thinking of installing the bifold type next time too Ur unit seems very high, which level is that? Not bad got pool view hahah. Currenly only me and my partner, but Im afraid our future kids won't have enough space to study or do their stuff. (only thinking of 2 kids max) And all the rooms look very small.... I see the MBR, put a queen sized bed and the house room no space already. How?
