juz received 1 bad news... the white super gloss tiles i chosed no stock... Bad starts.. have to re- choose again... only left cream colour which is nearest to white... what to do???

Finally got the completion date... 11th Jun Reno will start in 2 weeks time.. now waiting for finalised drawing next week.. hope everything will turn out nicely... cant wait to move in soon... juz now went to choose homo flooring.. saw the super gloss white homo tiles, like it alot so decided without thinking much... anyway my contractor allow mi to choose up to $3.50 per sq ft... but haven ask the cost for the tiles i pick.. hope it wont exceed... things yet to decide: colour of paint for whole hse laminate for kitchen cabinet bi-fold doors wrought iron gate planned to move in on 1st aug.. pray hard no delay... Btw when hungry ghost festival start... can provide mi the date...

i check with cpf board, they do have a penalty for late submission but dunno why tis company can afford to delay for the past few yrs... most of their employees oso same... maybe they r a law firm dealing with cpf board.. so they muz know some lophole ba...

At least u r a better owner compare to mine... completion soon but onli view the flat twice... incl first viewing, everytime not more than 5mins coz owner sae he got no time... request to get a spare key 1 or 2 weeks before completion oso cannot.. not even enough time to check the flat... dunno wat sort of owner is tat... everytime we r the oni one who give in... for example 1 window panel missing, cracks on the wall.. mi oso agree to accept it... But when i ask for spare key before completion date so tat it will be easy for mi to let my contractor to do measurement & to see any other things tat i need to replace or anything faulty can be known earlier... he even sae i can oni check the flat 1 day b4 completion date... where got time to report... if i know they r tis type of pple, i wont buy his flat in the first place...

tat's y i'm chosing postform... more durable to scratches & colour fading.. if it warp after several yrs later still can change without spending too much...

Tis id is m ex-classmate's uncle... he promise to charge mi lower than any other ids w/o getting inferior material... He company used to do oni carpentry work, oni started doing reno a few yrs back... tat y all carpentry work so cheap.. i think he charge cheap to attract more ppl to recommend... Oni bad point is tat they haven recruit any interior designers... so u have to give him some idea to do wat u wan... more like contractor... but he say he going to hire a designer soon... As for y i choose postform is bcos solid top are diff to maintain, will have scratches... Postform easier to maintain & oso more range... btw mine is not norm type of postform, higher grade type... feel like solid top... and oso i will contruct a sink support in my service yard... so cabinet area will be seperated from my sink... this way it will last longer and cost lower.. His carpentry workmenship is veri gd... but dunno others will be as gd... once reno done den i will recommend him to others... btw my fren house done by him, not bad seems... If u all wanna do minor reno, can look for him..HAHA

Fainted during work... somemore tis is the first time since i was in primary sch... tot it cure le, but not... So if yr child got asthma, it better to standby 1 inhaler in case of asthma attack...
