Hi Many thanks for all your kind wishes. My apologies for being quiet so long as something crops up at home ... We paid $115 above COV ... but no choice as rare supply and most importantly very near to my child's school .. During this quiet time, hubby went thru several big name IDs and contractor .... at first we got Mr Yeak also but after awhile he called to say that couldn't help us .... so sad ... We intend to save some reno cost and to get several contractors to do different items ... Hope to have some advices, many thanks in advance Main items: (1) carpentry (wardrobe, tv console, bookcases, kitchen cabinets ..), a Mr Kelvin Lee of Boon Bee General Construction in Sungai Kadut area (2) masonary, plumbing, tiling, painting, L-box, all by Homemaster Interior Design & Furnishing, a Mr Lim BC Actually, the (1) also under his company ... Any comments, dear bros and sis? thanks in advance ..

EM is at Toh Yi, Bt Timah area size: 1567 sqft presently decor is malay style need to do major overhaul; flooring, kitchen, rooms, toilets .... We are contemplating between ID or contractor. Any advices are welcome! Many thanks in advance!
