Hi Angmo, Thank you so very much for replying. you are so kind to take time to reply me. Oh the spray tap yeah...I meant 70 not 700 oops! My EA is 174 square meters so is that the reason why it is more expensive? Can you tell me which aspects are on the high side? I would try to negotiate with the contractor. Appreciate any help you can offer me. I am not doing total overhaul as its pretty costly. Everyone is quoting from 80 - 100 K.
