Can't manage to get a blu ray player =( ) it is actually a camera which i find it quite useless.

small item like racks and bin still ok~ electronic item u might think twice. i bought 20 Track light out of it 4 spoil. ordered second time out of 16, 4 spoil. bought two clock, 1 spoil. we research and purchase from with good review and higher rating but still kenna this.... their photo made the material seem very solid but actual can be quite jelly

We have 4 track lights actually. (camera not wide enough =x) i would say it is sufficient to light up the room but not recommended for reading. Depend what is the usage. we install one led light together with the fan in case we need to use it for other purpose.

btw when you getting your key? actually we saw this bed frame some where in Dec 2013 and they mention they can't keep it for more than 3 months. But when we visited them again in March, they replenish the stock, so we quickly chop one set from them (in between we revisit them a few time but they did not bring in the bed frame)

haha bed frame we got it at Taylor B. Wife luv at first sight =x Tv Console from Commune. However this console is not what we have purchased. Something cock up and they are unable to deliver our console but they are kind enough to gave us a temporary replacement till our console is delivered to us.

i guess it is up to individual, see if you like it with or w/o. However they will charge a fee for removal of the existing skirting and you need to get your painter to patch and paint the areas after the skirting is remove. my skirting from hdb which i did not remove =D =) now i came to realise the beauty of this TV. still got lot more to explore, now waiting for my internet to be up and i will strip the tv naked... haha~ i decided not to have a TV in my room so nv buy the 46". Doing a bit of touch up and will be upload the pic soon =D. Will pm u the detail. a bit follow feng shui as they mention sink and stove cannot face direct, and the sink position (piping) more or less is fixed at the window areas so i shift my stove inwards. Secondly i heard if too near window the wind might blow off your flame during cooking....

Hi Scandipenguin, yup~ most of the lighting i got it from Taobao (much cheaper than local or neighbour country) However, a few down side from getting from taobao is that the light spoil very easily, i have already replace 4-5 light (within 2 weeks) not sure is i am unlucky or the quality is like that..... but i bought second batch of lighting, price is still lower den getting it first hand in local =x

Btw, anyone interested in Blanco Pleon 9? Letting go at $XXX (i think hoe kee is selling around $499) but there is a crack line at the bottom left. If you thinking of undermount it you will not be able to see it. However you will need to purchase the fitting with Hoe Kee about $1xx.

Hi Foomeng3, i have PM u the detail I squeeze the contractor to the max for the total sqft. As they charge additional 10% on top of actual site measurement which they say is for wastage (but i dun see any wastage during my installation. haiz~ Cost us nearly 5k for 3 bedroom, living/passageway and kitchen Hey Raydon, which blk r u from? mine is 332A =D yUp~ manage to squeeze for group buy rate. Initially the sale man nv offer the rate until i told him there is a group buy for our project den he act act say oh ya ya~ they(sale man) really know how to act, try to get higher commission.

Due to the bad quality of hdb tiles...we decided to overlay our floor with vinyl tiles We'd tried several ways to clean, mop, rub the floor for few times, but still the stain never go off. I can see stains of our footprints everywhere. Tadah~ flooring material delivered one day before installation. We go for evorich HERF easy maintenance flooring. total area plus wastage is about 800sqm for overlaying 3 bedrooms, passage way and kitchen.

Finally tv mounted to wall Given free Sanus tv bracket.. not sure is it nice We mounted tv on top of our craftbrick wall..luckily it din crack! Thumbs up to the uncle skills..lolz

As the blanco sink is bought from hoe kee, so we give them a call to check if the crack is under warranty cover but they say there is no warranty for blanco sink. They only offer us to buy a replacement pcs at a cheaper price…but I still find it expensive…

There is always got cok up during renovation. One of the most frustrated things happened through the whole reno - our blanco sink edge was crack. We didn’t really go check the basin after delivery and after carprenty installation and we were only informed by the worktop guys while they doing their installation. So we dont know this is at whose fault and nobody will admit as well. Luckily I took a picture after carpentry installation and I zoom in the pic and see, the basin looks like in good condition and have no crack line. So I whatsapp the photo to my ID, he is good enough to absorb the cost himself and compensate us a new basin. But what frustrated me is the quality of the sink. I did check with the blanco dealer, they said to certain extent, the sink will crack if we knock it with hammer irregardless it is made of 80% of granite. Abit regret for choosing this brand, as it dont have warranty.. Should have go for other not so well known brand but at least got warranty..

Some other purchases.... Wanted to get haiku fan but it is way too expensive. Hence we go for Crestar Swift Air for living room... Although price is abit high if compare to Fanco/ KDK but the wind really strong. Crestar Icol series for 3 rooms =) Blanco Sink from Hoe Kee!

That mean they going to hacked your toilet tiles as well and redo? quite a lot of work to be done
