Hi, I will share this post from Mikey from another thread to help you along. Usual pricing shld be like this: Full height feature wall ard $120pfr, Tv console ard $120pfr, Kitchen Cabinet ard $120pfr ( Your contractor price seems abit low...) Box up pricing ard $200 depending on dimensions, Casement Wardrobe ard $220pfr This price i got from my renovator. If you need i can intro. Oh ya, also needa take note of the material and mechanism they give like soft closing hinges etc... Hope this helps. cheers, mikey ( no need headache, reno is a journey to your dream home The rest will be the markup by your ID or contractor. I think to start with, meet an ID or contractor and run through the floorplan once with them. Then from there, pen down your list of specs for each area; be as detailed as possible. This will keep you organised whether you meet an ID or contractor.

Hdb Restrictions
gryffindor replied to vercetti's topic in RENOVATION IDEAS: Interior Design Themes, Space Planning
No false ceiling for toilet and kitchen? no 2 pin friendly outlets? I didn't know about these 2 rules! That's very very silly. How long have they not updated the rules???? -
Hi, I am curious to meet artist room too. But I sent them my floor plan and enquiry more than 3 weeks ago and not a single response. Finally, I had to call them last week and left my number. But still no response from them. Was it the same for you?

Thanks for the tip. Have you tried ice price?

Hi MHB, You bought taps from insani? Is the shipping fee reasonable? And are the taps useable in Singapore? I heard the European taps require a special adaptor which isn't widely available here.

Hi, Like all here, I'm very tired and busy after a hard day at work. I hate doing dishes. Do they work well? I've heard mixed stories. Some tell me they work well and that you just need to scraped the food remains off before washing them. Some swear off them...

Steven, I'm in the same process as you are. Shall we chat over PM and share the contacts and names of the IDs?

Yeah, I like to know too. How much is the iQuartz?

54,000 For Some Hacking, Platform And All?
gryffindor replied to gryffindor's topic in Renovation Packages
While the company indicated that there would be a 3-10% discount, the price is still a bit too steep. Furthermore, I don't like this practice of giving a discount when obviously they've over quoted. -
Hi, Do you guys have any thoughts about the above quotation? Granted that I am doing a fair bit of hacking and stuff, but i think the carpentry cost is crazy. $4000 for a wardrobe?? Space planning and consultation for $1500? And the cove lighting and false ceiling for master bedroom at $2,100??? I got a quote for false ceiling for the whole house for $2,600 from a contractor mentioned here. I don't think it should be $54,000. What do you think is a reasonable amount? Thanks! Agree. I like this laminate too. By the way, is that real wood for the vanity top? Wouldn't it rot with all that water in the bath? I wanted the same look but the id advised against it.

Bro, Can you please send me some quotes for the installation of downlights? What are the brands and prices? Do you have philips downlights as well? By the way, do you handle the installation of false ceiling as well? Please give me quote for that too.- 2,867 replies
