Oh ya, also needa take note of the material and mechanism they give like soft closing hinges etc... I think to start with, meet an ID or contractor and run through the floorplan once with them. Then from there, pen down your list of specs for each area; be as detailed as possible. While the company indicated that there would be a 3-10% discount, the price is still a bit too steep. Furthermore, I don't like this practice of giving a discount when obviously they've over quoted.
