I am doing a complete renovation of an old condo unit I bought. The electrical costs my ID has quoted me are approx double that in the posts I have seen in this thread. When I pointed this out to my ID, they asked if these prices I have seen are for concealed wiring. So are the prices posted on this thread based on concealed wiring? Some of the prices I have been quoted... Single power point = $90 Double power point = $110 Light switch = $80 Light point = $60 Fan = $80 SCV = $220 Telephone & Data point = $220 Distribution board (32A single phase) = $340
