    Hahaaa.... actually all ugly part hiding in e service balcony . All piping atbthe ceiling. So if u dun really look at it u wont notice so much. As my common toilet is back to back wif master toilet, so all piping coming in fr service balcony then common toilet and lastly thru master toilet.so my master toilet cant c piping. Heheee good hor. So ur heater is mounted in ur master toilet?

    Hahaa... wish u gd luck. I oso hope e heater tat I get oso will be as durable as the one I m using now. Actually having a big tank expose not too ugly la. I m not hiding the heater in my new unit too. But it is mounted in my service balcony.

    Hi I hv been using joven cylinder storage heater left behind fr previous owner.till now shld b at least 15yrs ba.still v gd in condition. I m getting joven again for my new unit. 10yrs warranty for e heating element.

    Hi U can get those extendable bar from homefix. U just need to turn the bar n it will slowly extend out.the pole come wif rubber at both ends and this is use to fix at the wall. After u fix up then just get shower curtain to hang up. But maintaining shower curtain is a headache. Need to wash it else it grow mold on it. I m not putting a shower screen at my common toilet due to space constrain and is thinking of using the above.

    Haha, for me I hacked my kitchen and mk it small. Sacrificing kitchen space to make space for living hall. Smaller kitchen means less place to mop after cooking. Hope tat I wont b regretting making the kitchen smaller

    Hi 3Dyms, Ic. Some id will hv v gd lobang. My id lobang is not tat attractive. I am actually wori whether is 12w sufficient. Watever more than 12w is v expensive. So still need furthee searching. Actually my id was saying tat for led downlight, need very long time to get back the saving and provided it dun spoil. He got a point there and thus making me quite hesitating. But I do really like led..... sigh....

    Yes tear down everything n rebuild. Got an id to do for me. I hv same concept as u as we r oso thinking will be living here for long time. So do it nicely so we can enjoy for yrs to come .

    My reno cost tentatively is 60k+. On going there might b changes. So haven firm the cost. Generally all required oridi listed. Hopefully need not add too many things.

    Hi Yes.i got a 5rm. It is so exciting to see my unit getting into shape. So hoping it can be completed faster. My id target to complete by end aug to early sept. Permit for hacking wall tk abt 1 wk. So how much is ur reno going to cost u?

    Hi, Initially we din think of doing full reno. So we are quite worry abt the crack flooring. Hahaa... actually I hv forgotten where is this unit oridi. Viewed quite alot unit. Yes, I hv gotten a unit at fajar bt panjang. In e end, I m oso doing 100% reno to my new unit . My reno has started last 2 wks. Wip now . When I hv time then I start my t blog. When did u purchase this unit? Mind telling me how much cov n the price u paid? When r u starting ur reno?

    Hi I hv viewed this unit b4. Quite like this unit at that time. But wat stop us fr buying is they hv hacked 1 of the room and combine with mbr. Oso found the room floor was cracked. So we just kiv this unit. Overall not a bad one. So u going to hack everything n rebuild? Gd luck in ur reno
