Hi all, Please be wary of this CCTV contractor: Company: CCTV System Solution Biz Reg: 53209585E Contact Person: Simon (HP: 84792215) The works done by Simon is very bad. He quoted a relatively cheaper package and he will be very enthu in securing the order. But after the installation is done, the web access failed after a few days and the PVC trunking started dropping off from the wall. When called him, he say he will come down but just keep putting aeroplane. After a while, he will just ignore the call and if he does pick up, he will start screaming and scolding in the phone. Totally pissed off. Now the Small Claims Court granted an order for the full refund. But he is still ignoring his call and not coming down to remove the set. All CCTV companies are required to have a relevant license issued by SPF. When I asked Simon, he said that he has one but he cannot remember the license number. I trusted him because since he is a proper registered business. But after everything happened, I called up SPF to check on this company, but SPF side said that they have no records of any license issued to this company. And his business address at Sims Avenue is also not valid one. Please be wary of this company. And to all out there, always ask for their SPF license number. Its a License Number in the format L/PS/YYYY/XXXXXX. I have photos to show the standard of the installations but I don't really know how to upload here. Haha Regards to all.
