  1. ya, I read from the forum too, they were suggesting only, so far haven't see ppl said they did tat. so I'm looking for ppl who had did that so I can tell him that someone also can do so y they can't. To win a battle, info and resources r equally impt.

  4. their carpentry worksmanship is lousy. forgot to take photo if not can show u all.
  5. His co-ordination with his worker is bad. He's forgetful and always like to give lame excuse for something not done. So everything need to be black and white. we also need to always call him to get things nice properly.
  6. Not sure if they are willingly to let u buy lights or other stuff with tat $500. So wat had u ask them to buy out of your $1000 then? My advise is nvr sign with Raymond. Bad experience with him. !!

  8. wow, tat's expensive. yours is resale or standard flat? wat did he quote u? the drawings he drew so so only, nothing special but his quotation quite high. i also felt i wasted $500 at the fair. i dun want to waste the $500 so i onli focus on living room and kitchen, manage to cut a few thousands from there.

Read from a link in this forum that the main door maybe not be necessary as the"Qi" entrance to ur hse,the FSM say its depends on which "opening" is more frequently use..like if ur main door is close most of the time while the living room window is the one always open,one can consider the window as the main entrance where the "Qi" enter,so there no fast and hard rule regarding this.. any thoughts on this??
  13. Hi Unsure,i also havent got a detail quote from him yet..shd get either this weekend or next depending on the final design bah,make some amendments to the initial drawing he gave me...hav u seem urs yet? Also asking him to bring me to c his in-progress reno work....
