my first choice is always the top floor. 94 - 99 pasir ris 'top floor' 13th 99 - 2011 holland drive 'top floor' 5th 2011 holland drive 'top floor' 40th never notice the heat but enjoyed the privacy. singapore weather is always hot so not different if u are at the top or bottom. of course if your main bedroom is facing the afternoon sun u will get the heat. dont worry enjoy the view and the breeze..

buona vista swimming pool will be around till end 08/09. dont think they will be building any new pool cause the land will be use for commerical purposes then.

yes ghim moh wet market and hawker centre is my favourite and now with shop & save its even better. ghim moh also got SERS right after our SERS at holland v. are u one of them???

that why its always the top floor for me. pasir ris 13th floor, holland drive 5th floor and future 4 room at holland drive 40th floor. never had all of the above problems u mentioned at all.

moved there 2000 and never want to stay elsewhere in singapore. holland v got everything that other places doesnt have.

swimming pool have to go soon or later. what i heard is fairprice is moving out end 2008 and was told its to where they are building new cc.

could be true. when we move over to our new flat across the road in 2010 there is a big plot of land to bulid another vivocity. im staying on top of the block where fairprice is.

invitation to all 40th Storey homeowners to come in and tell us about their experiences staying in the top and highest floor of your hdb flat. tell us about your view from the window, what happen when there is a thunderstorm or earthquake! anything interesting also can and tell us about your locations? hdb is building more and more 40 storey block but i think currently there is not many. so its will be quite fun to know.

hi zirhk3355 im having problem logging onto your blog where i am currently. i want to take a look at all the pixs u have posted especially the view from your apartment. can u post its over at yahoo or flickr for all to view. im over at holland drive i have just selected a 4 room in dec 06 and will not be moving in till 2010/11 but i can feel the excitment of renovating and moving to a new home. btw during our selection exercise we are also given blk 89 to choose. for those who have selected blk 89 its only 3 month and they can move to a new place. !!
