  10. one fine night she was like shouting so loud that i have to 'kan' her with 4 letters words. now she refuse to talk to us. i dont think she got hearing problem. dont think she will stop from then till now every night its happening. my boy is now one year old.
  11. for u its only twice a months. i have this neighbour an old aunty who shouted at her old husband and grand daugther everynight and at every hour or the day. she f##k care about the whole world she only care for herself. last year when we are doing out confinement for my baby boy, she also shouted day and night she just didn't have to give a damned. she know we got a baby but for her she just didnt care.

The buyers, a male Indonesian permanent resident and a Singaporean woman, could have bought a condominium unit in an outlying area for the price. But they were won over by the location, just five minutes walk from Queenstown MRT station, and on the top, 40th floor of the block, with unblocked views of greenery from all windows. The four-year-old 969sqft unit at Forfar Heights, Strathmore Avenue, sold for $68,000 above valuation - a level determined by an independent valuer. This works out to $674 psf, smashing the previous record of $609 psf, achieved in January last year, by about 10per cent. This may be an unusually high price but resale prices have been moving up.. its happeining! its not a dream, its fast becoming a reality. one step closer. record are meant to be broken im on my way....
  16. maybe not 'siow' if u have the product that people so desired, its not wrong to sell at a high price. the market now is red hot i hope its will be red hot in the last quater of 2010 because there is a batch of 3, 4 and 5 rooms coming into the market at holland drive. i will be one of the 'siow' people who is going for record breaking transaction for hdb. wish all the people at holland drive luck. thank you.

  18. 4 room 92sqm very high floor, 180 degrees view of bukit timah and beyond. its layout is condo type with no toilet in the kitchen. there is service balcony with a full city view and complete view of holland village. there will be also the choice of the new circle mrt 'holland village station' valuation was S$390,000.00 2 year ago.its will be ready end 2010. willing to let go if there a very crazy offer.

  20. look beyond the big picture. queenstown as a whole is a very good location. very near to everywhere if i can said. tanglin halt is even better because its next to an mrt station. and the best of all is your luck because u have a queue nos from the ballot to choose a unit to make your future home. the noise or the heat, decide which is the lesser evil. seriously think about what u want because u will never get a chance again if u give up the selection. never take anything for granted. life is short.....
  21. hi why dont u consider holland drive. i believe there is some units available for selection. its near both bouna vista and the future circle line mrt. about the afternoon sun i dont think all the units available is facing the afternoon sun. this site is unlike tanglin halt where the whole block is left for selection. u have advantage and disavantage living above the mrt. we are quite use to walking to the nearest mrt and spare the noises from its. u will enjoy peace and quiet here in holland drive.
  22. in my earlier posting i mentioned 'enjoy the privacy'. in some way when u are used to that u will never want to stay below someone else. u never know there could be an elephant staying above u. as for the view its also my top priority. i had seaview at pasar ris, now swimming pool view and 2011 180 degrees wonderful unblocked views of bukit timah or maybe even jb. also looking forward to the 'sky high' price that my future 4 room can fetch come 2011.
