  1. Hi I have a branded new vanity cabinet which sealed in a box. Willingly to let it go @ $100 as it is too big for common toilet. Self collected @ Jurong East
  2. Hi clarancediana, It have been a while since I had logged in. The floor and wall tiles are not laid even and some gout line of the homogenous tiles have fallen out. Not only that, the painting of the entire unit is "dropping" off pieces by pieces. The free gifts (LED) lights are spoilt after 2 mths of installation and was told by "It is free gifts thus no warranty" I had chosen white laminate for my cabinets however the front surface have became "yellowish". The issue that made me most upset is the laying of homgennous tiles and laminated flooring. Ample time(2.5mth) is given to them however work is not being done properly. The ID not contactable depite warranty given.
  3. Not sure who is your ID? As for me, not a good experience! It took about 2.5mth for the unit to be renovated. There are no workers on site for days despite expressing the urgency of moving in due to the date given by Fengshui master. for your info, this requirement had been communicated and agreed upon before the contract is signed. Most of the time, my ID "MIA", never bother to answer calls or SMS. Only appeared when asking for payment. Additional hidden cost involved and I had to pay 30% more than the contract stated. To make things worse, the materials used are much inferior and bad workmanship. Staying in the unit for 1 year now, the defects and discoloration are surfacing. In summary, don't settle for the cheapest quote and examine the contract with caution before signing the dotted line.
  4. Hi ATH, Sorry as haven't logged in for a while. Indian Granite is being quoted as $105 PDF. Hope that it will help
  5. Totally agree with Norma. Done mine similar as yours which located @ bukit merah. Cost me - $21.8k
  6. Need to find out frm my ID. Using granite for my vanity top as I prefer dark colored. Solid surface top even though is cheaper however it is not scratch- proof
  7. Hi I am using the one frm Lian Hin, if I am not wrong, strongly recommended by my ID. So far so good and I liked the design from. Paying $140/sqf
  8. That is expensive. I got mine using quartz @ $3k - 19ft:)- Doesn't be so much difference. 4k is really a lot
