ya agreed. some contractors are ex too. to me, i just want to have a peace of mind during the whole process of renovation. so i think ID suits me better. can just leave it to them to do the liaising and coordination work! so now the main thing is to find a reliable ID and sit back and enjoy while they do the magic! long weekend soon! cheers everyone!

agreed! considering the amount that we are going to fork out, definitely have to find a good ID. but the million dollar question will always be: HOW? Price vs Comfortable vs Reputable vs Reliable.... there are just too many things to consider! after meeting w few IDs.. I started to get confused as well... maybe shd just stick w women's six sense! hope i finalize my id and can start focusing renovating my place instead of endless searching for the 'best' ID!

hi seigedan, hi-5! im same as you. newbie to renovation, hence joined this forum to have more info on things to look out for as im looking into renovating my house. have u approached any ids / contractors so far? if u dont mind, can share with me some of the better ones? jz to share w u so far i have approached a few ids that forumers hav recommended. i personally find that Jason Lim from NID design studio is quite genuine and sincere in the way he serve customer and he give good suggestions too (very useful for newbie like me). if you are interested, i can share with you his contact. Anyways, I have yet to finalize my ID. would like to collect a few more quotes before i decide as its quite a big investment to me.. I hope we can find a good ID / contractor to do up our home sweet home!
