Common to get free wall mount rack nowadays. We bought both our TV (Pioneer and Sony) from Best, free wall mount rack and installation. Best delivered the TV and arranged with the agent to come down to do the mounting on separate day.

I tot nowadays no more liu xing bed head photo liao. Some people say hang at the bed head, touch wood drop in the middle of the night and hit u.

We just booked ours at Regent Hotel, paid 3k deposit and our wedding planner told us the rest only to be paid after the banquet.

Tks, partially to hide the gas heater and also to create a small laundry corner. No we did not do feature wall, carpentry ex. Did not hide the cable but just bundle them together in a white cable casing (like those u can get at Ikea to bundle up the computer cables) against the white wall. The pionner guys did it for us when they came to mount our tv. Maybe can see a bit clearer from this pic.

7-8k i would think is just nice to get a hdb flat, set up a family, get a car mayb and still be a bit comfortable. Getting a condo might be tight especially if u are depending on the rental to pay the MI.

Won't drop lah, it will wrap around the cables. Somemore, I pushed my tv console to hold the casing btw it and the wall.

Can try StorHub. A fren of mine renovated his 3-rm flat, rented a space at Storhub Changi Facility for 2 mths. He did not moved any bulky furnitures thou, just all the other family stuff like clothes, kitchen utensils, some electrical appliances etc. We helped him move the stuff to and fro before and after the reno.

Not a white pipe, just a white cable casing (those u can buy from ikea to bundle up your computer cables). Inside got tv power supply cable, cable from scv set top box and dvd player. The pionner guys did it for me when they came to install my tv.

We mount our tv directly on the wall, no feature wall. No need to spend few $k on feature wall just to hide cables. Anyway, the cables are not that obvious.

Added some greenery to the house

We are using the hdb supplied cable, no problem with the pictures. I think it was mentioned before in this thread the best is to use the hdb supplied cable. The starhub technician also told us best to use the hdb supplied cable, those white colour cable sold in shops are not so good.
