We bought 2 TVs from BEST at different time. Both time BEST arranged with the agent for my wall mount installation. BEST delivered the TV to my place, ask me not to touch/open, wait for the agent to bring the wall mount rack a few days later to install. No problem both times. For our sony TV bought from BEST, we were told to register online for our warranty, and sony will mail us the letter to collect the voucher. We then brought the letter down to redeem the voucher, no problem.

But seriously, such fair/expo is a good "training" ground when doing reno, especially first timer. We also started our reno journey visiting a few of this expo, talked to many IDs (or salesmen), learn their jargon, build up our knowledge, get some ideas, learn how to bargain and negotiate etc etc... but still never sign with any
