hi neighbour! finally i stumble across your t-blog.. all this while heard from koikoi about greycat only... until now. haha! i chose my hse and got my keys same time as u! my reno also just started and its quite slow. by this weekend then can see the tiles and false ceiling. i bought my lights from Chelsea last weekend. Almost $1.5K for 30 lights. Fell prey to crystal light and a halogen dining light or else my cost just ard $1K.

OK koikoi, will buzz u again. most likely is the weekend whole of this week they will just do false ceiling and tiling.. nothing interesting...

oh so i miss out seeing koikoi's pink wardrobe, orange gallery... and allo stays just above me also haven get to meet her.. heh! no problem when tiles n ceiling r finally up, can hv something to "see".. u guys can start to pop by!

Yeah i hv decided but for carpentry still KIV the ID's quote. Haha the guy u saw is the ID whom i'm waiting for carpentry quote, so whether i c him again will depend on his final quote lor I hv to pay by instalment 4 appliances so hv to shop at the big stores liaoz.. sometimes not easy to do checking upon delivery, due to our own time constraint, or the house too dirty to hv the lamps removed fr their covers, no electricity supply (??) etc etc. The delivery man may not even b willing to wait for us to check the goods... how is QC from pantech lightings? got the same prob? but i saw the lightings there slightly more ex than chelsea.. dunno why the diff when they are so close, ppl can just compare easily.

That's qt a lot of furniture delivered in one Sat leh Is $1200 expensive for a TV sideboard 2.4m and abt 70cm high? Its black glossy finish, from OM. Hmm my blum definition is, even if u slam the drawer close, it will slow down at the last few mm and close slowly and quietly. Thus blum = silent. Very good. But i didn't know its sooo ex. jessi, what's ur setee material? beige PVC? the headboard of my bed is beige PVC, every half yr i use a few drops of mild soap to clean leh.. so far no prob after 6yr. u may want to try on urs if all else fails to get rid of the newpaper ink. but do a test on unprominent part first hor can u give me the address of wihadja? isit true it only opens once a mth?
