  1. Hi Yoongf, Thanks for your detailed explanation. Could you suggest how much it will cost to install storage heater? Rough estimate will do. I was told that it will take 20 mins to wait for the water to get heated up. Is that true? Is there any restrictions for old HDB flat? Thanks
  2. Hi Boooing, As most of the people said laminated flooring will definitely give you warmth feeling but it is a matter of your personal preferences at the end of the day. Personally, I prefer homogenous tiles over woody flooring for bedroom because it is easier to maintain and it could keep the room temperature low even with Eco mode of your Aircon.
  3. Hi, Nice to meet you. I am new to Renotalk and hopefully I could get good advice from my seniors Actually, I am looking for reliable instant water heater set for the two bathrooms of my resale 3NG flat. As far as I scrutinized, I found that 707 Princeton and Protex are both highly rated but at the same time, there are some negative reviews as well. It would be great if you can share your experiences and recommendation. By the way, I have a few requirements for the water heater: - Higher liter per minute (simply put, more water) - Larger shower head Some suggested that mounted tank with rain shower would be a good option but it is not a viable option for me. Thanks for your valuable advice and suggestion! Thurein
