Hi Aash i was in a similar position as you before. Only have 4 wks exactly for my reno. Need to do up kitchen, 2 toilets, plastering, rewiring, change all doors, windows, polishing of existing marble. Nd to do all that in 4 wks as we need to move uot from our previous house and got no place to stay. Ask for quotation from few contractors and finally we decided to engage a contractor recommended from a fellow forumer here. Told us he can't promise but he will try to get our place ready by the 4th wks. And he did deliver what he said. If you want the contractor number do pm me. ok here my review of the contractor recommended by dan. Engaged him for my reno and what i can say is that he done a good job. Time frame given to him was very very tight bcoz we need to move in to the new house a.s.a.p. Pricing wise very very reasonable when compared to other quotes that i received. Worksmanship all looks good to me. This are the things that i done up for my new house. Total revamp of 2 bathrooms & kitchen, change all the doors, polishing of marble flooring for 3 bdrooms & living, plastering whole house, rewiring whole house, new window grille, new wrought iron gate, new piping for whole house, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes & some other small items. Worth recommending. Can pm me for details.

Hi guys, need an advise here. With a budget of $30k, is it possible to do up resale 4 rm flat. Kitchen, 2 toilets, window grill, plastering, rewiring, l-box, polishing of marble flooring for living and all bedrooms and change all the doors. Hope some1 can enlighten me. Thanks
