Hokkaido... very nice!! i just came back from a free and easy 16 days... its summer now... ya.. flowers blooming... lavender.. sunflowers.. in my opinion, F&E is really the best way to roam in Hokkaido as public tpt are really quite scarce there... most places i went there are really scenic.. but i hardly see non-japanese tourists there... and when we drove in Furano/Biei where all the flowers farms are, we are drive in and out of farms to take photos...

Hihi... know this thread is quite old and inactive for a while... wanna bring it back for discussions again since now its the 7th month again... anyone has any to share.... advices also... let me share mine... when i was still living in my old house... when i was young... i owae wake up barely to change and eat lunch, then to school... (afternoon class mah)... once, around 10 plus, my mum went mkt.. i was sleeping alone in the MBR... suddenly i cant breathe... feel suffocated, and i got scared. i tried very hard to open my eyes but failed.. then i started praying... when i open my eyes.. i saw a glimpse of white went past out the MBR window... i was so scared that for the next few weeks, i woke up early and went to school very early... my sister told me also that she actually saw green shining shadows at her bedside once in the nite... she was so scared that she dun dare to see and made herself go to sleep....

hihi... i am using 1 key for all... the padlock and the main door... its very convenient... and the padlock is fixed to my wrought iron gate.. the person will come over and install everything nicely for you... with delivery charges, it cost me $165.

got something to ask here... will you consider your fringe benefits in when negotiating the salary package? how would you negotiate to put your current benefits in so that you will be compensated for the loss of the benefits??

hi all, just wanna update on my situation. i am out of town now.. just managed to get hold of internet connection. a couple of days before i left town, i realised that the rotten apple got x2 of the amount i owed them. haiz.. reason being the first cheque i gave them was crossed but stated CASH. the delivery guy came down second time to replace my dining chairs told me it cant be banked... requested for a second cheque.. and i naively gave to them... who noes, both cheques went through... i was really mad... dunno to scold the bank or them... can the cheque go through if crossed cheque to CASH??? anyway, called kenny and nicely told him the problem.. i just wan my $$ back! he said he will revert by next day cos the accounts dept closed for the day liao.. it was around 3pm??? i faint loh.. so early! the next day around 10am, i called him and hes not in!! wat abt my problem?? anyway, one lady answered the call and put me thru the accounts dept.. spoke to a lady.. she sounded very nice in the phone... said will refund me the $$.. give her 2 days.. the day before i depart, i got the cheque... i was really relieved... but that will be the last of the rotten apple... ohh.. and that kenny.. never get back to me... so, guys... pls beware of this company and the sales... very nice sales talk... but you will get lots of headaches after that...

i tell you.. i dunno.. hahaha... haven really explore the place yet...

i owae make it a point to check on the country of make when i buy products.. esp electrical and electronic goods... even cameras... those made in china.. haiz.. the quality really .. given a choice, i will not get made in china pdts. but nowadays, seems like all MNCs move their factories to China cos of the cheap labour.. higher profit margin!

i gave them AMPLE time loh... from april ordered... delivery in jul... they still delay... but i must admit.. i like the design of the dining set and coffee table i bought from them.. so far (<1week), the quality seems good too... haiz.. luckily, my end products still quite nice... guess just need to bear with late deliveries if you really wanna buy from them....

hahaha.. no lah.. me at simei green that side... around 222 side... i also noted someone shifting in on the same day as me.. opp block.. cos a lot of junk the next morning at the rubbish chute there....

yes.. precisely.. that's why i was quite upset and started to worry... anyway, i have ended my transaction with them.. got my furniture... that will be the last time i buy from them...

i called him 2 weeks before the delivery date and said i wanna confirm the delivery... ask him to confirm... but he said cant cos too far to check.. ask me to call nearer to delivery date.. that's where i realised they sure cant meet... the week of delivery i called again and he told me shipment delayed..

hihi... i bought it at sungei kadut branch... i was the one deciding on the the delivery date and i actually set it 3 mths later.. i bought in April... but only when i enquired nearer my delivery date then i was told that its their procedure that orders will only be made 1 mth before delivery... which often caused shipment delays...

actually you need to get back to the salesman that served you.. Kenny rite?? i remembered your salesman same as mine.. call him and ask... be firm... hi.. as i told Air, you call the salesperson that served you.. demand to know have they made the order... just be firm with your request.. show them you are a no-nonsense person..

my FS master gave us this date for house moving... said its good for us...

hihi... thanks thanks... i spent $1750... for night and day curtains for living and dining area... the day curtains not very obvious... hidden behind the night curtains.. will take a clearer picture over this weekend for you all to see... my bedroom 3 only have night curtain.. as my unit is a corridor unit.. the nite curtain design for BR3 and living and dining are the same... flushed concept... MBR and BR2 is roman blinds... same design and colour... so the 2 pictures represent all my curtains..

just to update all abt my reno... its almost finishing.. haiz.. finally after 2 mths plus... really no stamina leh... it was not supposed to be so long initially.. all because of carpentry cos one of the carpenters fabricating my carpentry got into a serious accident... delayed the entire project... luckily, still managed to finish before my moving date... overall, was quite satisfied with the work that EI done up... my ID has been very patient and detailed in his work.. was quite touched for the little efforts he took along the way to help me.. one which i remembered was when he actually came all the way down around 9pm on sat to my new place to help me figure solutions when i told him i got problem with my home theatre system... cos the wiring is giving me problems... its not his job actually... commendable.. think pictures speak a thousand words... here are some pictures of my renovated resale flat... not really cleaned up yet.. so still a bit messy.. my living hall...
