I don't know how long you got your quote from them. I share with you my experience with this crab ID. I walked into their showroom in beauty world centre and met a guy called Scott. After spending so much time with him on my requirements, and after 1 month still have not seen the quote. I called him a few times chasing for it and he will give excuse after excuse. In the end, you know what, he rudely told me off that "if you cannot wait for the quote then don't do the reno with us!". Wow business so good that can the company show us this type of attitude to customers. Like gangster! As if own him a living! Can you imagine, after giving him the job and he telling you off like that? And what if you experienced any delays in the schedule by them, maybe and i am not surised if he would say, "if you cannot wait, then don't do any reno!" After that rude remark, I straight away cancelled him and his company off my list of short listed ID firms. I am so glad I did. Good luck to you and there are no shortage of ID firms at beauty world centre. Rogertan & kind are the same person. While it takes time to do a quotation, 1 month is too much certainly. Some ID choose customers as far as I know, maybe business is certainly too good. Some quotations that I received are so brief and clearly they don't put effort in them. So you can expect the effort what level of effort they will put in when they get your renovation contract. but the quote I get from my contractor is very detailed and the attention he paid to my house renovation far exeed my expectations of a contractor, but better than many IDs out there. The total cost is very competitive compared to some of the big IDs like U-Home, 3D innovative, etc. Qquality of work is also very good.
