  1. Looking to buy a pair of 36" ceiling fans with remote control. Which is a good brand to buy? (prefer white color) Thanks for your help!
  2. Thanks mclairs, for your sharing. We hope not to spend too much for this system 2. I already have system2 x 1 and system1 x 2 all panasonic in good condition. Not even sure if I need inverter since this system2 is for sharing with 1 bedroom (use 2hrs/nite) and living room (use a few hours/mth). Maybe a non-invertor can already?
  3. I was quoted by air contractor (for condo): To supply labor and material + Stainless steel bracket and install (non conceal) Panasonic System2 Inverter CU-3S27KKZ / CS-S9PKZW / CS-S18PKZW for $3200 The CS-S9PKZW looks like the standard model. (doesn't have fancy filter, etc) Looks pretty expensive to me. What do you think? I suggest equivalent Fujitsu (same BTU rating for Outdoor and FCU) at $2889 But was told Fujistu air con is not good. Anybody has experience? Thanks!
  4. Thought so, can help provide a more reasonable contractor? Thanks!
  5. Some logic for demolition works due to noise control and haulage but how come electrical works also mark up?
  6. Is the below quote for a Condo reasonable? I know HDB way cheaper. What is reasonable $ for concealed wiring? A help will be highly appreciated. Good electrician to recommend? Light point @ $55/-per point. 13x2 power point @$90/- per point. Light installation @$10/- per pc. Hood point @$120/-per point. Tel point @$70/-per point. Fan point @$55/-per point. SCV point @140/-per point. Heater point @$150/-per point. Air con point @$160/-per point. Fan installation @40/-per no. Distribution Board @$650/- Concealed Open Net @$100/- Installation of hanging light @$35/- per no. Ethernet cap 6 cable point @$120/- per no.
