Not much updates today. FH and me went to SBH again yesterday to settle the kitchen tiles. We also ended up changing the toilet tiles. Hehe ! A nice salesperson, Alex, brought us up to the on-going construction of the showroom. That's where we chosen the toilet tiles. It's gonna have a granite feel. Hope it looks as good as the showroom ! Today, we met up with ID to settle all the little details. She also passed us the schedule. FInally ! I'm just excited to see it all written down.. haha !

initially went i went up, everything seems to be in a mess so i didn't venture further. went again yesterday and a salesman, Alex, accompanied us upstairs and showed us around. Wow ! Some of the concepts are really nice ! In the end, all my tiles are from SBH

Not really bah. I mean, there's another option besides Joint Tenancy also rite.. even for married couple. Tht time I apply my flat, we can choose either Joint Tenancy or the other option. I cannot remember the pros and cons of the other option.. only remember mine is Joint Tenancy.. haha

i dun tink it's divorce case cos they could nt produce the ROM cert.. went down again today to take some pics of the screeding. realised that floor is wet even at areas that are not near the window. any idea why ? FH speculated that it's either moisture from the cement ( hw that works) or condensation of rain water in the house. also realised that screeding is already done BEFORE the hacking. it better nt be a problem.. or i'm going to my ID for not informing us...
