I am sorry to hearing that Jhthng that have the trouble in engaging CCTV Contractor. Actually, my friend had engaged another contractor to do the installation job for his flat, but end up so many problems, such as router problem, mobile problem, Window 64 bit problem and so on. And worst, the contractor company closed down with 2 years onsite warranty for my friend. Due to his unfortunate encounter, I have done a little bit of research before award our home cctv to the existing contractor to do the installation work 6 months ago. A few of thoughts before you decide. 1) Look for a company that has been operating the business for many years. Normally, you can tell from the RCB No for Private Limited Company. This will help to reduce the chances of getting a fly-by-night company. 2) If you require remote access viewing, you will require strong IT Network Knowledge Support from the same company. 3) Last but not least, look for a user-friendly software recorder. I would recommend a Korea Brand or at least Taiwan.
