I understand that tiles, vinyl and HER-like products are popular with homeowners. Does anyone know of any contact of vendors doing terrazzo flooring for BTOs? Terrazzo is hardy, waterproof and stays rather cool which is great considering SG's weather. There are more modern takes on terrazzo now with new colours and designs. It's more often used in malls and high traffic areas that still want to look somewhat polished.

Blue/green subway tiles as the backsplash? I saw that too, along with grey ones. I liked them more than the white ones.
