Yes, just bought my bathroom accessories from them. Toilet wc, water heater, basin, + all the small small accessories (towel bar, glass shelf, hand spray, etc... All two sets.) cost $1400 in total. Think price is reasonable lor.. cos we choose stainless steel accessories instead of those chrome type. Service there is friendly and good. Maybe its because our ID know them and he is with us, so better pricing. he he.

If your existing door is fire rated door, then likely need to replace with fire rated door. But no harm to try apply and see if can change to non-fire rated door. ha ha

Can try the light shop along 594 Sembawang Road if you stay at north area. Its one of the two light shops along the shop houses just beside the Sembawang Shopping Centre (now renovating). The shop name is "Tuas Hardware ....." (call recall the rest). I saw this lighting retail at $98 while a exactly same one sells at Jalan Besar for $150!! The sales rep there is courteous too. Going to get my lighting from this shop next month went I start my renov.

I still near the sea, toilet stuff all rust, my 1st shower bar is chrome, rust like nobody's business, then change to stainless steel, much better but also have a little rust here and there. Finally changed to aluminum, nice nice, no problem!! So my lesson learn, if don't want rust, don't use steel (eg, chrome steel, stainless steel, etc) But so far I can't find aluminum bathroom accessories... maybe need to look for plastic ones... don't know got nice one or not....

Can just use the Nippon or Dulux all-in-one paint for the wall, they are all polymer paint, once dry, will be waterproof already. If you worry, seal the little gap between the flr tile and board wall with white silicon and paint two coats of polymer paint lor...

Those on the floor plan are the vertical structure pillars. The top horizontal structure beams are not shown in the floor plan. The top horizontal s. beam usually stretch between two vertical s. pillars.... for your case, if its a top horizontal s. beam, it should extend all the way to bedroom 3....

hi, anybody tried the soap dispenser attached to their kitchen sink? they drill a hole at the side of the sink , attached the soap dispenser.... you can only see the pump while the soap container is underneath ! Any problem so far ? like spoil easily or gets dirty easily ? pls advise cheers

hmm.... we were told by an ID at LWT that the frost glass backing is cheaper then stainless steel.... now confused...

Think its not "effect is not as good" more likely is "profit is not as good"... ha ha ha.
