Oh my, we even face the same dilemmas! I don't know whether to get a microwave and oven separately or should I get those that serve as both? The latter would be space saving but I don't know how well it serves the purpose. We use it mostly to bake cookies, roast finger food and maybe cakes occasionally. I also saw these steam ovens which double up as microwaves as well. Anyone has any review on this?

I've engaged Surface Living to do my renovation. No comments on the workmanship yet as reno hasn't started. Reason for choosing them: 1) Competitive pricing 2) Patient and accommodating ID As I'm a very detailed person, I tend to look into nitty gritty details most people wouldn't. As a result, I have TONNES of questions for the ID which he handled promptly and patiently. Maybe he's :curse: behind our backs but at least he's professional enough not to show it Will update more when reno starts..
