Yes. Agreed. After Cny. I done my house few yr back and rushing before Cny. Dun expect to have a gd quality of workmanship as many is rushing on yr end. (My ID is honest to tell me which I have prepared. Lucky it turn out well) You can still discuss with them before Cny and start work after that. I guess they will still keep up a gd service during this period.

Any recommendation for wall paper or decal on wall? Trying to compare the price and the design. Which will be nicer? Any advise.

For Vanity top or kitchen, standard is alway not more then 600mm.

Corian Top is also easily scratched. To my opinion it is the same as Solid surface just that it is a higher grade made of Acylic. No worries for the Granite backsplash as it is silicon sealed, although it is 90 degree joint.
