    Hi, I have the intention to build bottom concrete cabinets in the kitchen instead of just wooden cabinets. Estimated to be about 20ft(both sides of the kitchen) in total. However I was told by one of the ID designer that we are only allowed to build a maximum 10ft of concrete due to HDB restrictions. Is this true? Does anyone of you have met with the same situation? Please share your experience. Thank you.
