My last two photos to share would be the bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. Still empty at the moment. This room is to be our future kids rooms.Think they have a better view then I do! Like the colour here? My fiancée loves the colour, it's gonna be our study/work room. This is the only room with a telephone point! I guess that's all I have to share for today. Perhaps more when there are any updates. Your comments are appreciated!

And the MBR bathroom. Very similar to the common bathroom design. We just made an order with Alumix for our WIW. Hopefully they will install for us soon! Eagerly anticipating!

And a quick look at our elevated balcony. Those orange lights are my fiancée's favourite!

Since christmas is round the corner, I decided to fulfill my darling's wish of having a christmas tree. It's something she always wanted as a child. Seeing a great offer on the papers, we zoomed down and picked up a 5.5 feet cashmere christmas with all the lights and decorations. Total damage, $170 for everything. Not bad right? Take a look! And my last shot for the night. Hope you liked the photos!

Hi everyone, I've finally done something new to my nest! Remember the spot I left behind for my water feature? It used to look like this. This morning, I took delivery of the water feature and now it looks like this. Another shot with the water feature lights and the mist generator on. Another shot with the spotlight off and using extended exposture. My darling absolutely loves the effect it creates!

Wah?!?! Like that you also can tell? Happen to have an extra mouse pad lying around mah! Haha

Oh, I asked for it during mio installation so it came as a package. Only $50!

Hi applefreak, I got the wireless solution using a powerline adapter. Basically, you transmit the signal from the mio modem via the household powersocket to the powersupply of the mio setup box. It was fuss free installation. You should try it! Haha, was greedy! SCV did not have HD5, plus mio is like a video renting service, just choose what video you want to watch at the comfort of your home. Their selection isn't that bad. Hopefully they will improve their content soon!

Time to showcase my pets! Meet my clowns! Been keeping a piece of the ocean since 2000. Due to work commitment, had to downsize to a nano cube. And this is what my darling gave me for my birthday! Has always been facinated by lava lamps. Now it doubles up as a night light.

Hi guys, just a small update here. Kinda completed moving in. Trying to enjoy my home entertainment system in the living room. Was simply amazed at the number of remote control devices I use just in the living room alone. Take a look! Excluding the cordless phone, a total of 9 remote controls! Check out all my setup boxes! What you see is SCV HD setup box and mioTV setup box. With mio, I can finally watch HD5! I must say the quality isn't bad at all! Using a samsung DVD player to give me a full 1080p upscaling, a JAMO HTS, and a TOSlink switch to connect all the TOSlink cable from mio, SCV and DVD player to JAMO. The wiring in there is ****! Thank goodness its all hidden! Cheers!

I've never send in any warranty card for several reasons like: 1. Too Lazy 2. No stamps 3. Dunno the serial number What I do is to staple the receipt together with the warranty card and file it away. Had to repair some products over the years. I simply show the service staff my unfilled warranty card and my receipt and that was it. So far so good, nobody has questioned me before, always get my product repaired. Cheers!

Well, I had similar experience with Melvin. During tiles selection, he allowed us to choose something above the "allowed" price. He even let me choose a couple of mosaic tiles to be used in the toilet without charging us. Melvin has gone out of the way to help us save money on several occasion with electricals allowing me to choose more than the "allowed" number of paint colour, etc. In summary, he really listens to you. He brought us to a few of his client's places to show us the quality of his work. Out of the 10+ IDs we spoke to, he was the only one who listened to us and kept to our budget. So for whats it's worth, you can count on Melvin! -

Hi to all the experts, I have a question. I have several audio/video devices which uses coaxial or optical output. However, my HTS only has 1 optical input. Is there any device in the market which allows me to jack in many optical cable and select which one to output? I think I need a optical cable selector. Thanks in advance!
