Hey h4happy... Long time no chat... anyway congrats to ur new home. Glad to know that ur reno has began and so far so good.

my washing machine ok la.... use it a few times... no leaking yet... he did finish up most of the work la, just minor touch ups... holes/gaps for kitchen cabinet and sink pipes... final coatings for doors and my bedroom paint and additional fixture & alighment of kitchen light... not done. ask him to call my mom for pymt, he so reluntant. claim he did call but no one ans. But my mom said no one called, even when my sis ask him to call immediately after hang up/talking to her. chey! cant comment on the cabinet/wood work... after moving in for 4months... have not use it for cooking yet heh heh heh as for the laminates of the cabinet, well still the same black lines can be seen the bankrupt paper can be found online... just yahoo/google search "palmco" ...

???? My sis and bro in law step in coz he didnt wanna contact us on his final decision whether to continue or cease the whole process then. waiting to discuss on pymt matters & some minor lncompleted jobs.... refuse to call mi/my mom and kept on sms-ing my sis in early dec demanding for $$. havent heard from him (he will sms my sis) since 1Dec... Ask him to call my mom since she is paying... but no call leh so i wait lor... his call to collect the pymt or his lawyer letter....

I ask many of my colleagues... no one saw SUCH thick joint lines before.... even for old cabinets done in the 80s/90s...they took pics for mi to see... wah lau....

They will only turn up to continue work at my place this thursday. Since last week, i requested for a sample of the cabinet frame edging sample... he gave a cabinet door sample with ABS trimming, which i find it ok. I wanna see the join line of the bloody cabinet edge la. Even my neighbours who pop by to see my place say the workmanship is lousy. *no eye see* liao...even mentioned that the thick laminate if done by a skillful person will look good/neat. Aaron say is norm standard/practise...??? condo/landed property owners accept such workmanship meh?? I expect those owners to have higher expectation than i do??? No?? Mine is only a 3 room flat. ai ya.....
