May share with you my quotation: Laying Homo tiles for: kitchen $1080, bathroom + toilet $580, service balcony $580 Laminate floor with skirting for: living hall $1000, 2 bedrooms $1150 removal of cabinet - depends on the size L-shape cabinet: approx $145 psf replacing WC $60 Debris removal + haulage etc approx. $1000 +- Wardrobe , shoe cabinet --> ready made (furniture shop cheaper)
  2. Hi, Price for tearing down built in features depends on number of item and sizes. Plaster/ paint celing shouldnt be much.. fixing leaking window, depends whether u know the root of the cause.. build-in wardrobe depends how many feet you're looking for May PM me for my contractor info.. I'm currently renovating my 3I flat spent 12k for: - Homo tiles for kitchen, service balcony, toilet, bathroom - Polish/ Waxing existing terazzo tiles (living, 2 bedrooms) - Kitchen cabinet for bottom - install ceiling fan, lightings (whole house) - add. scv point/electrical point - Plaster wall & ceiling (whole house include toilet/bathroom) - Painting (whole house, include pipe, gate etc) - Sliding windows (whole house) + grille - Hack/ remove existing cabinet and concrete based etc etc. - misc - installation of toilet bowl, basin etc. Very nice and reliable contractor to work with by the way, he's completing all in 2 weeks for me so far very happy with his service and promise..   5. Hi, I intended to overlay plaster wall to existing kitchen wall tiles. My contractor said is possible and is about $1k cheaper compare to hacking. My quotation: $980 include painting for size of 2.9m x 4.65m, exclude about 1.4m length of low wall, bathroom and WC door area. Hope this help.. Jen
