  1. Hi joekwp, Could you kindly provide a link to the Pinnacle@Duxton floorplan that you are referring to? I can't seem to find any with the PD box perpendicular to the main door. Many thanks as this is a major bugbear for me as I want a truly open kitchen...
  2. Thanks alpc for reposting the complete link! Yah I always wonder who actually does the designing of the flats... Cui...
  3. Sorry aurora83 to piggyback your thread a bit...
  4. @honeykitty Actually my floorplan has the PD box jutting out as part of a wall, but I want to hack that wall and move the PD box into the wall next to the door so I can extend my kitchen a little bit further. Do you think it's possible? Here's my floorplan (3-room): http://www101.hdb.gov.sg/hdbvsf/eampu03p.nsf/0/12MARBTOBBM_page/$file/map.htm
  5. Hello honey kitty, I'm 2.5 years away from collecting my bto keys haha. Am in the midst of designing my future home from the floor plan. I would like to ask the height of your PD box from the floor? Also, from photos I have seen, the PD box looks rather deep for the components inside. Do u think it is possible to reduce the depth of the box? I have a roughly similar layout and I intend to extend my kitchen counter next to the door. Thanks in advance!
  6. I vote 2 or 3! Though I prefer 2 like greglhc. 1 is too cluttered looking for my taste.
  7. Interesting floor plan! I do love your huge patio! Looking forward to seeing ur industrial style home!
  8. Hi Merries, Very nice home! I love the neutral backdrop for decorating and putting your personal touch. I would like to know if the electrical box next to the main door / kitchen is full height as it looks in the photos. How does the inside look? Still have 3 more years to getting our keys so am curious if the box can be shifted and pillar knocked down. Thanks!
  9. Hi mschocobanana, saw your hubby's work on June's home as well! I love his hands-on attitude and design sense! Could I have his contact too? Thanks!
  10. Hmmm...is it the photo, or is the sofa frame warped in the middle?
  11. Those matching keychains are really cute!
  12. Your kitchen looks great with the SMEG! Complements the blue floor. Very nice.
  13. Nice choice of solid surface color!
  14. Hahaha poor eet! He's so cute in the last photo!! He'll soon love the stairs. Hehe.
  15. I'm sorry to hear about Westie... And touched that you care so much about your pets!
  16. Wow awesome paint job! I love it! Your husband is very creative and hands on!
  17. Hi! Lovely home! Could you tell me where you got your runway lights? It's really nice and practical. Thanks!!
  18. Congrats on your new home! The layout looks very interesting in shape. Your 2nd question is totally the question I've been pondering over for the last couple of days. I can think of a few options: cove lighting, L-box down lights, or track lights around the perimeter of the rooms, coupled with task lighting. Or if you want to go the HDB look route, you can install fans with built-in lights. I personally dislike those 'cos they just don't look nice to me but you may think otherwise.
  19. Thanks for the info! Do they sell trays with adjustable depth or width?
  20. Thanks for the organized review! Am too looking forward to more pics! Hahaha
