I just renovated my resale flat without the floor done and the ID promised me that she will protect the floor. When I confronted her on this matter, she said that originally the condition is like that or it might be due to the materials that brought in for renovarion is too heavy. I do not have evidence of undamaged floor before renovation, but I do have photos of damage in progress and final damage seen. I remembered that the damage is not there before the renovation commence. I think nothing can be done in this case? Can someine give me some advices?
