Cement screed is nice but I heard that it is hard to maintain. After some wear & tear, hairline cracks will show so if your family & you don't mind, then go for it! (I wanted this but my Mr E minds lah)

Yes there is no discount at all for SMEG at the Courts post-season sale. Haha haven't bought any electrical appliances. Was almost tempted to buy as Courts willing to hold the stock till June but another salesperson said electronics will get cheaper as time passes. So we WILL wait & resist THE retro fridge + retro dishwasher!
