Dear all, we are newly married couple and will be shifting to our new DBSS in 2014. Recently people have been discussing engaging ID for their new homes. I am wondering does it make sense for DBSS flats to engage ID and if so how many mths in advance prior to the collection of keys should i start hunting for ID? thanks for the advice
