Dear all, my renovation finished last OCT, just 2 days ago, one of the tempered glass panel at staircase was broken itself. that day after work, I opened the door, and was shocked. luckily no one at home, and nobody was injured I called my contractor who has done the renovation, he said in Singapore, all tempered glass has no warranty. Is this true? any one can share with me? my renovation work just finished months ago. Many thanks!

you can apply oil-based sealer first, then apply paints, will solve this problem. is your flat at top floor? HDB or private?
