Hi All, I'm looking for suggestions on where to buy those vanity basin with cabinet (one-piece). I know HK sells them (http://www.hoekee.com/bathroom/basin-cabinet/stainless-steel.html), as well as the main branch of SSC in Changi. I've seen some in Geylang, but mostly, all like so so... Any suggestions on where I may find more of these? thanks!

It's not that. I heard from my contractor that in the event the owner requests from HDB for screeding for the rooms, but not the living or kitchen, the HDB contractor will only get paid for doing 3 rooms instead of the whole place, for the same setup costs. Hence, the contractor may not be so keen.

I heard that for new HDB flat, if I want to do tiles for the main areas and laminates for the rooms, the HDB-appointed contractor might not want to do that as they may not be able to claim the full amount from HDB. Anyone has experience of this can kindly confirm and if so, what can be done?
