for rectification (some other issues), first few times she responded and her workers came to rectify some but not all. then after that MIA already til the day she asked for last payment. but after paying last payment, her usual reply will be "oh i will send my guys over". again, i think this is "normal businessman / businesswoman practice". frankly speaking, quite sian with all the issues already. i think we will just live with it or just try to rectify ourselves.

i went back to check mine yesterday and notice this as well. not sure this is "normal market practice" or just pure "eat snake"... sigh. btw i am using Dorothy though, not Alan. hmmm... the longer we stay there, the more shabby jobs we find out...

hi harrymonster, how's your experience with Dorothy thus far? just be very careful if there is any revise of quotation, and read and check through each and every item and make sure that what is promised is being written or changed accordingly in the quotation. take note on the grill and window works as well. if she is still using the same guy, then just be very careful, the workmanship is very very poor. we pointed out to her that there are a lot of places with chipped powder coating and i think the worker just touch up by using spray paint, which in my opinion, the end result looks messy and ugly. even my neighbour who passby my house ask me how come the workmanship so lousy.

thanks for MK's recommendation, we are about 80% confirm will engage her service. waiting for her revised quote and going to choose tiles this Saturday. me and my wife are those with no idea / opinion type. so Dorothy has really provided us with a lot of input. her price is also very reasonable and neagotiable. she is a very friendly and dedicated person.

saw today strait time got robinsons' advertisement for mattress sales. $1,500 can get simmons, tempur, omazz etc etc will go down and check out later
