hihi. saw yur house. oh my, looks big on te floorplan....yurs is a 5rm or 4rm? looks like condo style leh...

those FOC ones means u use bk te HDB tiles ( and if they have it. otherwise they will giv u bk the lookalike tiles) . Those like u wan higher grade tiles (for example 3-4 buck per tile type) u will need to top up. alternatively u can buy yur own tiles, ask them to hack and relay the tiles for u. this is wat another owner did. and was charge extra for the work (cos the contractor say te tiles difficult to cut n blah blah lah....)

hi mint, yur qoute seems gd. did u ask about whether they are givin u solid top for te cabinates? when they fix the sink for u, make sure that it is properly fix, otherwise, in future, water will leak or sip into the cabinates, then te whole thing u need to change liao. make sure that they list down all te things (item by item, cost) in black n white. i hab heard many that they giv a a rough qoute then later on ask for more money frm u

believe that our house is of an age already although no one lives in there. perhaps, u can ask for them to change the following? like us? 1. Taps 2. Switches 3. TV points 4. Windows lock 5. Bedroom Door ( tat time sunboi top up a few hundred to get better looking ones) 6. Toilet one ( also got top up together with the bedroom door) 7. Paint the shelter door 8. Paint bedroom door ...etc if u have crack tiles, u also better report. b ware, cos tat time when we go visiting another person house , was told by them tat te contractor ask for more money cos he claims that the tiles beri difficult to cut or something like tat and te job wasnt tat well done ( the owners choose their own tiles...so nt sure is it due to the type of tile or the contractor want to get more money....grrhhH)

hi krisietong, u can get quite nice coffee table frm ikea too. we got ours frm there and diy it our selves. =) our tv console also frm ikea, our contractor took it n help us paint it to wedge color hehe.....so haben return us yet..now everything just lie flat on te floor

Hi . i did my dong tu and open house rituals and now almost complete of my renovation but we dun intend to move in so soon. cos most likely we will b holdin our customary next yr in Jan. if we dun move in so soon, do we need to conduct any rituals when we wan to move in tat time? we intend to spend our wkends there only...so te rest of te days is like empty there...is it ok?

well, i am a satisfied customer of hobee. Patrick give me the qoutation beri prompt , was told by mrs quek that he did it as soon as he went bk to office after meeting me. He , beri detailed person. think of all the things that me n hub din tot of. able to giv us a rough qoute on te spot. beri friendly and easy going guy. simply 2 thumbs up for him... Next i wan to mention is his capentor. Ah Keong. realli did a gd job for us. his skills, design..realli......beri skillful....no complains...both friendly guy...helpful too.... I would recommend hobee to all my friends n relatives who wan to do renovation hehe...

well, it is true. i went to see alot of models at the IT show tat day. quite tempted to buy the akira one. but sunboi say his friend say cmi lor. initially we wanted to get samsung. cos rather gd. but price wise is abit too high for us. well. to me, as long can watch can liao. i can even watch a CRT but sunboi wanted a LCD...hmmmmm..... then we settle for a 1499 32" Sharp Aqous one tat day. FYI. i noe nuts about LCD ha...juz see pic nice can liao...
