well, i think 700 the price is ok lah. for my case, my table also ard 600 plus to 700 in te end one lah.... so far, te hotels i went most also quite gd lah...like westin,traders,marriot...etc...i attend my friends wedding dinner there...just tat my parents n pil prefer to go for restaurants.....those my pil recommends all seafood restaurants..we choose yunan garden becos we can hold it in a ballroom which is more private event to us..and they can deco it until like those u hav in hotels..except u dun hav te suite lah..but we are willing to compromise..haha

of cos lah...i also mah..only te most most important is honeymoon leh...now i dying to go honeymoon first haha....

haha..to me i think honeymoon matters to me more than anything else....

i been to a few gd ones but beri ex.....bsides, we on tight budget also...although restaurant food not cheap also but compare to hotel, still cheap haha ya. it comes with grills. suppose te prev owner got grandchildren already. according to neighbours, belongs to a old lady who intend to live with her son but then son got posted overseas so all move to overseas. this house return to hdb lor bo bian. it comes with grills..and our parents refuse to let us remove it

ya/ hotel normally hav. restaurant dun. my dad feels tat restaurant food taste better...dunnoe y... ya. but we redo te whole kitchen so is like hav = no hav like that haha

oh ixxit? ter is a bridal suite to change lah....but nt sure about stayin over.... mine is a repurchase flat. owner left te reno halfway done. flooring - ceramic for living rm, tiles for kitchen, parquet for bedrooms n study.built in wardrobes for all rms.. kitchen cabinates half way done too. i redo te whole kitchen ( floor n cabinates) and also built in wardrobe for master bedrm

there is no bridal suite leh...got mieh? i book te ballroom only lah....

my big day will b in 5 Jan next yr. haben move in yet. i din book hotel leh. mine is restaurant...yunnan garden at ntu alumni club house there..FIL say yunan garden food is gd... they got a ballroom..spoken to the person in charge. service gd. but still must wait until everything over liao then can comment haha...so far so gd...PS in sept 11 haha..package frm bridal elegance. i took their rom package..like their services...beri nice ppl there...my gown is mtm..will post pic once ready..can chk out my blog for updates lor haha.. koikoi..r u using hobee for renovations?

icic. our case diff. we use our savings for furniture, electricity, ..etc then pay off some reno loan so our mthly installment is less than 400 lor haha....u also took loan for your reno?? i saw te "cane" plate at first but after that i saw this then i change liao.. i think this one looks better lo....one of te fav stuff i got for house frm ikea last sun..probably goin lim's art to see if any other stuff to buy this sun..

i got the flowers n plate too...same as yurs! bought frm ikea... here is mine hehe... this i totally agree ...for our case, we take loan from bank lor..bo bian..we spend te money on other stuff like electrical appliances ..etc...so if wan to change grills or do watever major one must wait liao.....

i think i took mine at lian seng heng..te one nearer to the road side one.....but mine is off align...not te tiler fault..is te tile itself lor..so when choose better choose carefully as for hidden cost, i did came acros someone in another forum..whose house defects is fix by a hdb contractor. she actually ask the person to retile the kitchen walls due to crack. she paid extra for the tiles and initially te contactor say ok..then later on ask for more money cos he claim tat e tiles beri difficult to tile n cut..blah blah...so bo bian hav to pay.

ooo...mine can easily reach cos he ECS mah...so quite tall when he stand on 2..last time he used to sleep outside n we inside..but he smart..he can open door then sneak inside rm to zzZ cos gt aircon mah..

wah...abit ex leh for yur dog to b lock there. i dun intend to lock ron (my dog) cos he will tend to open te door himself (those with door knobs) and leave scratches all over it...bsides i think will b stuffy to leave him in te kitchen leh
