Thou i did not go to the fair, but i did obtain a quotation from them last week as I have seen 1 of their work in this forum... seems quite good The quote tat they gave me is around 24k for my 75 sqm 4 room flat. Their service was quite good (coz they did not hard-sell) and they did sketch me a rough layout design of my hse.

really!! i tot tat we can get our keys in Jan 08 wor... now hope dash liao, still hv to wait until so long ah so envy those tat can get their keys this year. i even start to look for ID liao, now no need anymore... can wait till end of tis yr then look again... haiz

i went to Blk E to take a look at those 75sqm units today. Oh no... the MBR is really really small After putting the bed, there is no space to put in the wardrobe... now really dun noe wat to do coz i dun wan to combine 2 rooms into 1 The liviing room, kitchen and 2 other bedrooms thou are small, but are still acceptable i reach there ard 7pm+, so by tat time, there isn't much light, hence even i wan to use my hp took pics aso cannot coz it turn out to be all black i went to unimax and living art opp our block to ask for quotation... so nw still waiting for them to give me the quotes next week. Did anyone of you ask living art for quotation yet?

i hv aso receievd the letter from HDB ytd tat blk A will be completing in 1st qtr 2008, and will inform us when to collect the keys again. Same as you, i was hoping tat we r able to get the keys end of tis yr... so nw no hope liao how i wish tat we can get the keys by tis yr

i tried to go in frm the carpark leh, but its been block... so i took the lift up. I tried to open a lot of units but cannot leh sian... nvm lah... maybe 'ming zong zu ding' tat i can't go in so ppl who r taking their keys liao, rem to post more pics here so tat i can FINALLY see how the hse looks like

i went to blk D to take a look today... but too bad the gates are locked, only the wooden door is not locked. so still cannot go in.. But at least i get to c how the living room is like

oic then i tink i will go to blk D to have a look at the units these few days... hope it won't be lock by the time i go there

hi everyone i went to blk 79C today to c c look look, but i can't get into the units leh... i tried to open 2 doors but can't leh... meowie49 u r so lucky wor. But basically i like the front door, tink it is quite nice. I took the lift up to 40 storey... wow... so cooling wor n the view is really very nice Later on when i finish inspecting 11 storey n wanted to take the lift down... i realise tat there aren't any lift for me to go down. the one tat i took up serve only 1, 22nd to 40th storey. So i decided to take the stairs down to 1st floor, but the 1st floor staircase is lock.... so again i hv to climb back to 22 storey n took the lift down to 1st floor

i check mine liao, it still reflect as 1Q 2008... tink 79A is the last batch to get the keys... so envy those tat can get they keys early
