i do not blame them for the slow progress... but rather tat they did something w/o getting approval from me n finding excuses to shift the blame. For now, i tink i shall not disclose the ID co. coz still hv things not settle yet, will disclose after my nitemare is over. sorry, i wun be free this sat, so unable to let u view my hse. we arrange other days okie. i only got my contract black n white, other than tat dun hv. my ID does not record those defects or comments which i made, he only rem in his head n he tends to forget (but i dun blame him). He is actually a nice guy, but dun noe why all these will happen. i alreadi paid 30% of the contract price. Thanks neighbour for all ur help. once the contract is terminate, will ask my husband bro to reno for us. thanks again for ur help

hi tension_z my situation was aso very bad... we started reno mid of last mth.. n till now 1 mth have passed, the tiling work is still not completed yet (long story) n wif a lot of unstatisfied workmanship (he refuse to rectify the defects we found). there are a lot of things tat happen n we are really dissappointed with my ID, he keep on giving excuses why this happen tat happen n even accuse me tat i agree to someting which i didn't.... haiz... my hubby was very angry n we hv decided to terminate the contract wif them (nw trying to find their boss to tell him abt our decision).... we really can't imagine wat will happen if we still let them carry on wif our reno work.. more unsatisfied work found?? hope tis nitemare will quickly end.... n let my husband bro to take over the reno (really regret for not letting him do my reno in the first place)... me now got no mood to select my wedding gowns tmr

really headache leh if tis still drags on, i dun noe when my reno will be able to finish. nw i machiam like the coordinator liao, a lot of things i muz remind my ID to check and do euphobear ur reno progress seems fast i m considering whether to do a kerb at the entrance of the kitchen like urs

Thanks for the info Called up the officer in charge today and she told me tat she is waiting for my ID to give her the revised drawings and dun noe wat form. So i called up my ID, he said he hv already submitted but will still check again with the officer. Haiz... dun noe whose words should i believe Hi Wildreds Actually they hv already apply permit at the start, but juz tat it still drags for so many weeks

pai sei, i tot urs was a 75 sqm too my id say he help me chase liao, but HDB still have not reply them yet. So once HDB approve the PE, then the PE will go up to our hse to view whether the wall can be hack a not, if can hack, still need to wait for HDB approve to hack OR once HDB approve the PE, the next step will be to hv the PE stand there n witness the hacking?

hi me aso staying in blk 79A, n my hse is aso 75 sqm Did u need a PE to be around for ur hacking of the wall? mine need leh, now is stil pending for HDB to approve the PE. Been waiting for 1 weeks plus liao, (not including HDB approval of saying tat the hacking needs a PE-which takes 2 weeks) but still they hv yet to approve If they dun approve, there is no way tat we can continue wif the laying of tiles n doing the reno work in both of my MBR and BR3 ur ID help u to chase the HDB or u chase urself?

yeah finally i can collect my keys on 20 Feb in the morning !! .... its such a long wait but i can only open my house on Sunday due to the "good date', but its okie, at least i can finally held the keys in my hands liao

Yeah my status have been change to: HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course. so neighbours of 79A, we r finally abt to collect our keys. hopefully can get the keys straight away after CNY

i hv received my loan application letter

i juz got an email from HDB tat they have send out the loan letter today hope tat we will get our keys fast after we hv submit our letter i tink the officer like ur hubby voice wor my office in charge dun bother to pick up my call lor, she juz email to me only.

i hv wrote to HDB ytd, and this is their SHORT reply to me: We refer to your email. Based on our latest projection, Blk 79A will be handed over to HDB by end-Feb 2008. We are currently in the midst of sending out the Mortgage Loan Application form to all the applicants in batches. You will receive yours soon. dun noe when mine will come? and if the contractor really hand the keys to HDB end of Feb, does tat mean we will only get the keys in March???? I dun wan

i tried calling the officer in charge for the past few days.. but nobody pick up... call the hp aso nv pick up which email address did you email to, can PM me. i wan to chase them for keys

i aso tot of not hacking the wall... but i dun noe how to squeeze the wardrobe and bed in tat small MBR. How will u put ur bed and wardrobe coz i really can't tink of any ways except to hack the wall

hi i hv met up qif Patrick today after getting the quote from him few weeks ago... found him very friendly and honest. Gave up some ideas where to place our furniture coz our hse is really very tiny... so muz do some space management heard frm him tat he actually won't acc. us to go choose the lights, we hv to go choose n buy our own, then they will fix it for us, is that right? Does tat mean tat all those things like sink, hoobs, hobs we hv to search for our own? Can we request him to bring us go buy?
