Mr DC as you guys can see through my reno nick we are expecting the arrival of Mini in Sep, therefore Reno has to be chop chop curry pok. What a fruitful year for us. As we didnt opt for any floorings and doors, Mrs is kind of unhappy as it means we need to fork out extra $$ to do up our home. Therefore Mrs decide to proceed with a Simple and practical theme instead of what she really wants... Xing Ku Ni Le Mrs... Here comes the standard simple HDB template of a 4rm flat...

you might want to remove the shoe cabinet and lessen the diameter of the divider. In 3d it looks spacious your living room but in real life its not that spacious. our living rooms are similar so petite.... lol

when u mention on floor plan is hackable means no black line? i have a kitchen wall i intend to hack to but there is a beam, not sure if can hack off the beam. thanks.
