Happened to come across this page and decided to share my experience. I just got my apartment at Kovan two months ago and was looking for specialist to do my marble floor. Was deciding between mr wood and singapore polish grind as both of them offers a reasonable pricing. However, i decided to go for singapore polish grind as the guy named 'Vincent' really provides good customer service and is more than willing to clear my doubts about marble polishing.
