Hi art00609, for your flooring, I assume you overlay it right? Like you, I didn't have the option to opt out of HDB tiles, so can roughly share how much you spent for the flooring for living/master room & also the cement in the kitchen? Thanks.

The flicker depends on the location of your lights and fans. If they are not properly arranged, you get a lot of shadows and thus have this feeling.

I shortlisted the same fridge but got to give up as I will be placing it in a corner and it requires a lot of side clearance.

I read thru the brochures on the website you provided and the description in DELPHI IO400U mentioned that it is similar to ALPHION MX in terms of features. Their main difference between the two is their aesthetics and I can live with it by saving the $1k. But the ALPHION MX does not have separate taps for the water, not sure if this will pose a problem.

The DELPHI –IO400U has two outlets, so what happens when you select neutral pH? Which tap will it come out from? From what I read, this model is similar to ALPHION MX. Is there any issues if the acidic and alkaline water shares the same tap? It's because the price difference between the two is more than $1k!!

You didn't approach your ID regarding the kitchen dampers?

Okok. I still can't get past the mental barrier that glossy will get dull due to scratches, if we use inappropriate cloth or even jeans/pants brushing against it.

Do they come off easily after wiping with damp cloth?

I have come across IDs with + GST. You just need to go online to check if they are GST registered. If they are not, you can report them for charging GST.
